2009 BEACH PATROLS
This year we intend to look at the patrolling requirements on the beach in a few ways.
In order to do this we will need all senior members to “ support the team ” and we welcome the older juniors to help and get a taste for patrolling as well.
· We are aim ing to have 4 people on a patrol
· But will start later in the year (around the May Bank holiday) and end mid September, but we should stay on notice for an Indian summer
· Once the membership is known for 2009, we will see if we can ask for less patrols than the 10 we did last year.
· We hope reduce the hours of the patrols as well, reducing the shift from 4 hours to 3 and half
